Covid and eptopics

Hi guys

I've not been around for a while anyway my eptopics have been under control for a while until two weeks ago when I was diagnosed with covid it absolutely knocked the crap out of me I was getting better then bang the eptopics came back with a vengeance and I ended up in hospital for 4 days trying to calm them down finally after lots of fluids they have calmed down a bit

My question is has anyone else had covid then had eptopics or anything else heart wise go a bit wonky

I have a lot of ectopics and I live in fear of getting Covid and the potential impact it may have on my heart failure and related ectopics. At the moment things are under reasonable control. I feel for you but can't help I'm afraid.

Hi, I haven't had Covid, but have had recurrent upper urinary tract infections. Each time the first sign has been an increase in ectopics. I'm wondering if any infection that raises the body temperature or stresses the system will spark them off. Physchol;ogical sress definitely makes mine worse.

Can't help with the ectopics, but I had covid back in March. One of the symptoms was shortness of breath, which lasted 7 or 8 weeks. I was really worried it had damaged my heart in some way, but it just disappeared. I've got an echo next month, so I'll find out then...
