I’m male, 37 and fit and well. I have low blood pressure, my resting heart rate is 48, when I’m moving around it’s 60 and when I exercise around 160.
Are these ranges safe?

Sounds fine providing the 160 when exercising is for reasonably vigorous exercise...
Hi Oxdale83. It might be best to call the BHF Helpline on 0300 330 3311 Mon-Fri 9-5pm or email hearthelpline@bhf.org.uk . They are professionals and can are the right people to discuss with you whether they think it’s safe or not.
Thanks, those numbers are pretty much the same as mine, so I must be “a fit & healthy youngster” too 😀🤣🥴
Those numbers look pretty good. Not sure if 48 is while asleep or sitting in a chair. As long as you don't feel faint/dizzy you should be fine. 60 while moving around seems a little low and 160 during exercise is above your target heart rate. Your max target heart rate is about 183 but I wouldn't suggest you get to and stay at that rate on a daily basis. I think your numbers are good where they're at. While we all have good intentions to help you, you should discuss this with your doctor. Good luck... I'm sure you're just fine. Merry Christmas 🎄
Looks good to me but you have not told us what your low blood pressure numbers are.
