I usually make myself re-read my reports, letters, and print-outs every few months or so and I always find something I missed the last time I read through the stack.

I'm not sure if it's my brain can only take so much in at one go, or if I need another go at SpecsSavers (joke, I use a different supplier), probably a bit of both but mostly that there is a limit as to how much bad-scary-serious news my head can handle at one sitting.
