Scared and anxious

Hi, i am 4 years post AVR. And a week weeks ago i started to become very breathless on exertion.I had felt a bit of chest tightness when walking up hills and mentioned it to cardio in May but with things as they are i never got a tel consult. I was ok at work so didnt worry. My gp thinks its angina . I dont have pain but breathlessness and abdominal tightness which is worse after a meal. ( i know why this is)I need an urgent CT Angio but dont know how long this will take. My gp said she would have sent me into hospital normally as she dosnt want me having a heart attack which was alarming .i dont know if its my valve ( which was functioning well a year ago) or my coronary arteries that are the problem but i feel anxious and scared especially at the thought of things worsening as i wait and having to be admitted to hospital where i could catch covid. (This is irrational as up to a week ago i was working in a hospital !) My lungs are clear but theres a pronounced murmur my gp dosnt know if its new) Thoughts or reassurances would be very welcome please .

Try giving your cardiologist's administrator a ring?
