A question for everyone... What's the most number of stents you've come across someone having?
I'm aware of a guy in his 70s who's had 17. Admittedly some are restented older stents that have become blocked and these have been over some time. I'm currently on 5 and am wondering what the record is to aim for 😊.
The record according to the Guinness Book of Records is 34. However, this was in 2006 and the comments suggest it is now higher. Personally I would suggest you go for is to lead a healthy lifestyle with no further intervention needed!
For info after over 30 years of diabetes I've now reversed it... Doesn't stop my cardio being messed up though. But thanks for the info
Congratulations and well done on the diabetes. It can’t reverse what’s done but will make a big difference for the future I’m sure.

A former neighbour was going in for his third stenting when he moved. I think his wife had had stents as well. The message they both couldn't get was "Don't eff'ing smoke!". I think if they had stood outside Dungeness B nothing would have penetrated!
