Hi guys just a little update, so I didn't go back to work ( docs and you're advice) and now we're locked down again so possibly 1st Dec. Feeling so much better and back to myself, the real reason for this post is to say thank you to everyone that responded to me when I felt so vulnerable and scared what an amazing forum I hope I can help someone one day .

Hi Sorc. So glad you're feeling better. Make the most of lockdown to get plenty of exercise (without overdoing it!), so that you're fit and raring to go in December
