Advice please

Hi was wondering if someone can advice my mum had her 2nd heart attack 2 weeks ago and had stent fitted since coming out of hospital they've changed her medication to clopidogrel she has been feeling sick tired and just wants to sleep can anyone help please x

Hi and sorry to hear about your mother. People are nearly always put on clopi after stenting. The main side effect is easy bruising. I took it for a year and that was the only side effect I had so personally I doubt that her issues are related to Clopi.

Hi thank you for replying my mums had stents before and since they've changed her meds she hasn't been right she feels sick and hasnt ate its horrible seeing her like that.

Perhaps she will need time to get used to the new medication?

Yes we've said that waiting for cardiologist to get back to us now thank you for responding 🙂
