Bisoprolol and methotrexate

Hi

I'm new to all of this so would appreciate any help and advice from members.

I have been taking bisoprolol for about a week now. I was wondering how long it takes to work as I seem to feel worse particularly at night. Also I am due to take my usual methotrexate dose today and I have found some research to say the drugs don't mix. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I need to take the methotrexate today. The bisoprolol was prescribed by the cardiac nurse at the hospital who sent the information to my doctor so he knows but I need some confirmation that that combo is ok .

Guess I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed as this episode has happened out of the blue and I haven't processed it all.
