Vasospastic Angina is back

I've had this on and off for probably over 10 years now. I was able to control it with an antidepressant, but I stopped the treatment last year. I'm still talking Amlodipine 5 mg daily and Nitro spray as needed. In the last 10 months I started sufferring with daily ectopics, however haven't had angina attacks until recently. Now it's back, it's started 3 weeks ago and so far I got it every week for one day.. Yesterday I woke up in pain and knew it's going to be a bad day.. I just don't know how to deal with the ER visits, in the new Covid context.. I am scared to go, however worried that I might do more harm if not going. I know, the rule is after 3 GTN puffs, if no relief, to go.. the problem is that many times, GTN works a bit after 2 puffs, and then I never take the 3rd one until 2 hours later when the pain is bad again.. How do you deal with your angina these days? Are you taking any calming meds?
