Stopping sotalol

I saw a cardiologist on sat who advised me to stop taking sotalol

. I have been cutting down and stopped yesterday. Today I have the most chronic diarrhoea I have ever had and wonder if it’s anything to do with this. Am unable to contact gp today but wonder if anyone has had this while coming off a beta blocker. I have afib by the way. Thank you
