Hi I'm new to this community and too my condition I've got cardiac arrhythmias and I've suffered for three years with this and just only recently been diagnosed with it any advice at all on this condition and any insight into what happens next as I'm only young with this condition and it becomes quite painful most of the time seeing specialists about it but would really appreciate some advice

Welcome to the forums. There are different types of arrhythmia with differing causes and outlooks: the word arrhythmia literally just means that the heart is beating in a different rhythm to normal. Do you know which specific arrhythmia you have? There are others, but some examples would be bradycardia, SVT, atrial fibrillation, arrhythmia resulting from a heart block, or something like long QT syndrome.
