Good morning... I think you need to have a conversation with your GP as you do have a lot of issues going on. When I had hypotension the main issue was dizziness on standing. Good luck!
Good morning. It can feel unpleasant having bp that is that low. Mine rarely reaches 100 systolic (top reading) and is always below 60 diastolic. Makes me giddy (sadly not down to one to many glasses of prosecco) and I fell recently breaking two fingers.
Its worth seeing/speaking to your GP. I think alterations in your 'normal' state should be reported to the professionals, and, as Michael said, there are one or two issues going on which may need revisiting.

You dont mention any medication you may be on. For myself, I am on a range of drugs, all of which lowers my BP. If you are on drugs you may find your Doctor or better still Heart Failure Nurse can advise you on alternatives.
