Well took my first losarten last night. The dose given 25mg. Been reading about them it says can take 3 to 6 weeks to have full efect. 6 hours for it to take effect. Took it at night because GP told me too. Don’t feel any different as yet

No stopped after just one tablet
Why did you stop? Did you switch to something else? I have been avoiding BP meds for several years but my readings remain stubbornly high. Scared of the meds because mostly all I see are people complaining about side effects. However my doctor says that for plenty of people it’s just like taking a daily vitamin. I don’t have any other health conditions.
I had a funny turn in Sainsbury’s felt like someone was crushing my chest. Scared me too death I take beetroot caps and drink celery juice first thing of the day. They must’be helping as I have not had any headaches as such
