Convinced I’ve got a problem with my heart

Hello all, I’ve been getting really bad anxiety around my heart these past 2 years and it’s just got worse and worst , I’ve been getting palpitations even when not anxious breathing difficulty,arm pain and Dizziness and sickness feeling , also tiredness hard to list them all , I’m only 17 bare in mind and I know people will be like it’s not possible at 17 but I’m really convinced as it’s me feeling it and it really don’t feel normal 😭

Yes you really do make a good point I’m going to go see a doctor one last time on Monday about my symptoms and see what they say as they haven’t done any tests on it etc , if they come back normal I’m gonna have to go see a psychiatrist again as clearly my anxiety is not getting any better 😐
