Since my HA 3 years ago I get a strange vibration/tremmer in my chest , This isn’t all the time it comes and goes for months at a time, Often only lasts a couple of days, I only notice it in bed when lying down when I I’m completely still, I can here and feel my heart beating and sounds normal over the top of this odd vibration, Mentioned it to cardiologist in a telephone appointment said it could be ectopic heart beat and nothing to worry about , Could it always have been there and I just think it’s heart related , Let’s be honest everything heart related once you’ve had a Heart attack, or maybe something else, I cut out caffeine and I am generally very fit , I have mild lvsd but I am completely asymptomatic , I notice it more in summer , when I do notice it ,it does tend to disappear. Would like to know if anyone can throw some light on this
Best regards Robbie

I first started noticing ectopic beats after recent additional stenting, when lying down at night. They sound similar to what you describe. I was alarmed. I saw my GP and one turned up on an ecg, which, incidentally, I didn't feel. I've discovered that if I get up and move around they get better or I at least I no longer notice them. I think that you should contact your GP who can arrange an ecg. If confirmed, it seems thay are really nothing to worry about and there have been some excellent posts elswhere on this topic that you could check out.
