Hello,

My cardiologist is in holidays and I just received my watch, that's connected to measure my heartbeats.

It looks like that from 12:00 (middle of the day) to 21h approximately. I am wondering if the differences of bpm (50 is the lowest-127 the highest) are weird or normal. I really don't know a lot about heartbeats.

The black cross is when I went out for like 5 minutes. The rest of the time, I did nothing particular (just going upstairs and downstairs from times to times). I didn't sleep.

As a precision, I am not an athlete lol.

Please tell me what you think about it!
