Open heart surgery medication and viagra

I had an AVR and double bypass on 26/02/2020 and, after an initial lung problem, am recovering well. Having consulted with my surgeon, GP and cardiac nurse, I am under the impression that viagra should not react adversely with the drugs I am on, but was advised to leave it for the first few months as there is a risk of low blood pressure and lightheadedness.

My current daily drug list is as follows:

Aspirin 75mg, Atvorstatin 80mg, Bisoprolol 7.5mg, Clopidogrel 75mg, Ramipril 3.75mg, Lansoprazole 30mg, and phasing out Spironolactone 25mg (ending on 03/07).

I was wondering if any other gentlemen have experienced any problems in similar circumstances, and/or whether everything has gone well.

Thanks.
