Worried about palpitations

Hello everyone I am new to this online community. I was diagnosed with ectopic beats around 5 years ago and also have palpitations a lot (I understand they’re not usually harmful) Recently I have been having little episodes of a palpitations and get tingles down both of my arms. I also have pain like little electric shocks across my chest and upper back pain. I called 111 a few weeks ago and they said they weren’t concerned and gave me some tips to control anxiety. I have pain in my left arm above my elbow also. It’s causing me crippling anxiety and I know the more I worry the more it will happen. I had a phone consultation in early April with a cardiologist as my ECG was cancelled due to the Covid outbreak and he said he wasn’t concerned. However I can’t help but feel that something might be wrong and I’m in constant fear of collapse. Is this something anyone has experienced? It really is affecting my quality of life now.

I suffered with palpitations and ectopic was but on beta blocker(bad move) but started on magnesium citrate 300mgs a day and these have helped tremendously. Takes about three weeks to kick in. Look up you tube Sanjay Gupter a leading York cardiologist what he says about ectopic and the different sorts of magnesium supplements he advises.
