I think you should take previous advice and ring or email B.H.F. nurse. It sounds as though a lot of problems are caused by anxiety.

Hi Raza,

What took you to the hospital again? Each time they seem to do blood tests and ECG the results come back negative. As discussed in recent posts an exercise ECG and echocardiogram would eliminate a lot of potential causes and maybe find an underlying issue. You also need to work on your health anxiety. If you turn up for a exercise ECG so stressed about it that your HR and BP are well elevated it can make the test near impossible to carry out.

Please take the advice you have been given by people here. People are giving you the best advice they can. Or is there another answer you want?

Best regards, Michael...

Thanks Sir...i m really thankful to u. It may be health anxiety.

Have you been looking at Dr Google again? Diabetes and excess weight are not a given for MVA. The treatment for MVA is much the same as many other heart conditions; lifestyle, exercise, medication. Good control of weight and diabetes obviously helps.

What puzzles me is that we have talked about exercise ECGs, nuclear scans and echocardiograms. Why have you suddenly brought MVA into the mix!

Micheal i m thankful to u that you r listening me.

Actually here is a problem. I consult different cardiologist. One told me that you many be MVA because u tired. Last day i told this when i go in emergency i talk with cardiologist , i asked about MVA and told that other dr guess it. But he said no chances of mva. Because you r not fat and dibities. Micheal i have many problem ...dont know what i do. Health anxiety etc. I have no job thats an other problem. So many things mixed up. I want nuclear scan or exercise ecg to diagonosed mva.

Some people said you have stomach problem and gastric problem. That gases press your heart and you feel discomfort heart.

Donot know what i do. I m alone. No friends.

Hi QasimRaza have you had the chance to read any of the advice many really experienced and kind helpful people have given on here.

There may be something in the advice that may make you feel better with anxiety etc, that may then make you feel better about your general health and relax more.

That in turn may help with your heart condition.

Good luck

What medications do you currently take? Many people here, including myself, take a PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor) like Omeprazole to avoid stomach issues.

I can deduce you do not have a scientific background as you are jumping all over the place and not approaching things logically. Try to get the suggested tests done and to address your anxiety issues. These will help define the next steps if no diagnosis comes out from them!

What symptoms do you have for the consultant to suggest MVA ?

I have been diagnosed with MVA and variant angina and would be interested what symptoms you have and medication you’re on?

Have you had an echo yet or ecg, actually I think you’ve said in the past that those tests are clear.

How are you feeling now

50 day ago my echo was normal. Ecg is normal. Actually when i take bath or do walk i feel my heart is stopping and not getting proper oxygen. So one dr said u may be mva. I m take meprazol. Lipirex, loprin, beta loc zok.
