Hi all, i suffer from Multiple Drug Intolerance syndrome(Adverse reactions to tablets) so i won't be put on any alternative tablets by the nurse or cardiologist as each time i will react harder.I also don't meet the criteria for a Pacemaker EF 35% apparently?..🤷🏽‍♀️.Didn't seem to know about ICD/CRT-D.

Instead i have been offered a Heart monitor in about 6 weeks? Shall I get a second opinion..? I don't want to waste money if there is nothing else they can offer.

I was basically assessed as having high anxiety with a few palpitations. Oh and because I am getting tired easily it must be my lungs, not the fact that my blood is not pumping hard enough around my body I am 46..

(Moderate Left Ventricle systolic dysfunction. LBBB EF 35-40% from mild with 0 Calcium scoring within a year, first bit of support today and I am not happy).

I have other conditions but I so understand the tired part. My pulse oximeter has been a real help - do you have one? I log twice a day and have started logging if feeling more tired than I think I should be and the tiredness correlates to lower pulse and sats readings.

I think if it were me, I'd go for the monitor, and also log pulse-sats to see if the added info helps rule in/out a lung involvement.

Thank you, yes i do have one. I got 'Why do you have one of those' from the nurse yesterday.. I have to keep resting in between. It's like my lungs are fine, it's like I am willing my arms to like hang the washing out or legs to get up the stairs or a slight hill if out walking. This is someone who not so long ago could bounce up the mountains of Crete. I will log down what is happening when this happens..thank you. Stay safe.x
