Hi I've not really been on here much feel like I've been dealing with this on my own.. I do have family but it's been difficult with covid.. I'm lonely and bored too.. I was hoping to find a group to do exercise with or chat groups local to me..would be good to have a friend.. Hope your ok 😊

Hello Turvytops,

Well your in the right place if you want to chat or vent! We are always here to listen. As for local groups can’t help with that where are you? Once things get back to normal maybe look in your area through the library or BHF to see if anything is available in your area that you could join, if you haven’t done cardio rehab once that starts up again is something I found invaluable, but as I said we are here to listen.

Hey Pauline thanks for responding 😊 I'm in portsmouth in the UK I've just been suffering with prinz metal angina and getting no where with the docs with everything being the way it is.. I feel kinda lost but keeping in good spirits despite this pain I have.. I'm will look and see if any groups are in my area.. Hope your keeping well.. Kathleen 😊
