Right here's my meds list then 2 simple questions someone must know?

Asprin 75mg, Bisoprolol2.5mg,Ranolazine375mg,twice a dayRosuastatin10mg,Clopidogrel75mg all for Angina and recently had a stent - so what one makes me fart so loudly and what one gives me nightmares? Sorry for being so basic but someone else may have experienced these kind of issues

Statins are notorious for nightmares. I’m too much of a lady to use the “F” word 😷

Emittance of wind from the rear lower orifice may be better. 🤣🤣

bisoprolol can give you very vivid dreams and wake you up a lot during the night

Get a dog, they come in handy for blaming the wind on.

Out of those I'm only on aspirin and simvastatin. I blame the aspirin for the same, not at all ladylike problem.

I’m on metformin for type2 diabetes and they are windy enough that the met office has named a storm after me! Also the runs...

I’m getting them changed to the slow release version to stop that.

From my experience, SR were much better. Just felt awful on the non SR. SR often not prescribed initially as they are more expensive.

There is a new brand of Metformin which seems to be being prescribed increasingly - called Yaltormin. It’s about half the price.

Just had my dosage reduced which is when I spotted the change to Yaltormin and looking to eliminate eventually.

Some foods are harder to digest because of the meds. The meds are nasty but watch what you eat too and add in digestive enzymes plus probiotics and see if that helps.

Hi Is it just "noise" or " noise and smell " ? seriously !!!!

Stay Well Stay Safe and Don't Fart in Public especially if it's the 2nd option from above !!

Hi Rob, my husband is on Atorvastatin 80mg and was having dreadful nightmares. I checked and it is one of the statins that can be taken in the morning, so he takes it in the morning now and nightmares have improved hugely. The other problem, the noisy flatulence, is not so easily resolved, we’re still working on that one 😁
