I have a total phobia of having any kind of heart disease, but my heart has been experiencing a lot of tightness and palpitations of late, so I invested in a rrusted home Ecg device with 6 leads to try and capture evidence of my symptoms. Usually by the time I can reach my doctors they'll have missed it.
What I've caught seems to not be a normal reading, which terrifies me. I don't know if I just looked in the wrong place, but some say I'm suffering from ischemia. This has me anxious like never before, please help me figure out what is actually going on with my ECG as my doctors are out of contact from thr virus troubles.

You really need to be calm and talk to your doctor. Send your chart to your doctor. I can't help you and really only a doctor should give you advice. Call them and discuss with them. But relax first. Could be fine. Google is really not a good place for a diagnosis.
Hi, don’t know why you think GPs are out of contact, if they don’t want you going to the surgery you can certainly speak to one via a telephone appointment. Trying to self diagnose is not something that’s a good idea, it will only make you more anxious. I don’t think anyone on the forum would be willing to tell you about your read out we are not medical trained we have only experiences of what we have been though. Ask the receptionist at your GPs if there is away you can send this chart though for your doctor to see, he/she will have your medical records and can make a call on what should happen next.
You are getting really anxious and possibly for no reason, dr Google really is a bad idea,
Despite the dreaded virus, the NHS is up and running as normal, so don't be concerned about contacting your GP.
It takes an expert to interpret an ECG properly, so please contact your GP so that, if necessary, they can refer you to a cardiologist. If they suspect that there is a problem, you may need a 12 lead ECG or other investigations, and if you are worried, they will be able to put your mind at rest.
I’m sorry this reply is coming so late and I’ll preface by saying I’m a medical researcher and not a medical doctor so you really need to take what I say with a grain of salt and ask a real physician.
Anyways, I don’t think it looks ischemia and the reason I say this is that other conditions cause ST deviations without there being any ischemia like Pre-excitation. Your PR interval looks very short and I think it might be slurring into the qrs complex so I think Pre-excitation via an accessory pathway could be what is happening. That could explain the palpitations as well.
Lots of people have Pre-excitation and the vast majority don’t suffer for it so I would not worry. Best thing to do is keep calm and see a doctor, show them your traces and ask if it could be a Pre-excitation syndrome or svt.
Also Kardia offers telemedicine review of your EKG traces by a cardiologist. Maybe that would be a good idea if you want answers now.
