I work in a nursing home and one of the service users has been diagnosed with covid 19 I suffer from wolff parkinson white syndrome do I carry on as normal go to work or should I stay away, I'm on flecainide to keep things under control but recently my palpitations have started to return, slightly worried to say the least I no that wpws isn't as serious as other heart problems but when it's beating like a manic bass player it is unnerving any advice please.

I am not a medical specialist and can't comment on your situation relative to work at the care home. Presumably you should follow government and your employer's advice in the circumstances you find yourself. Relative to taking Flecainide there is a maximum daily dosage recommended depending on your age and health situation. I would recommend you speak to or communicate with the specialist who prescribed this medication. Best wishes.
