pacemaker and COVID-19

Hi prayer all are well in theses testing times my question does COVID-19 effect pacemakers had mine for 3 years. i have been in self isolation 7 days no symptoms just last night started feeling bad burning pain pacemaker site feeling dizziness / palpitations heart beating fast just pain around pacemaker heart feeling all over the place tired ringing gp no answer don't no what to do scared going to hospital with covid-19 any advice much appreciated.

Whenever I have a problem or question I phone the pacemaker clinic.

Does it not sound like a digestion problem ?

hi thank you for your reply i can't get through to the pacemaker clinic or my gp i will keep trying thank you for replying.

Mostly with the pacemaker clinic I had the answering machine and they got back to me quite quickly.
