Plz can anyone help I have been in isolation over two weeks only one day I went to the local shop which hardly had anyone in it last night I started to have tickly cough and I am so worried if it’s the virus I am starting to panic which is no good for my heart wh can I do I have no other symptoms thank you

I know how worried you must be

Go onto NHS 111 and check your symptoms

Remember the thing thay are looking for is a constant dry cough and a temperature

Dont panic thier are lots of people who have sore throats and colds at present and the temperature drops so much at night to the day times ones we have had .

Check out you local council as well as thay all have a phone number to call for vulnerable people who need support .

If you begin to feel any worse call 111

Thanks for your reply the cough comes and goes but no other symptoms and thanks I will try and see if I have the number of the local council

Thank you wishing you the best I hope this virus ends soon our lives have really changed yes it has made us realize how we should try to appreciate things more but also has bought out the fear in us
