58 year old support worker I have fibromyalgia and leaky heart valve but no medication for heart am I high risk

Hi I am wondering how you know you have a leaky heart valve and what your symptoms are.

On your at risk question, i think we are all on the at risk list as you don’t know how it will affect you until you have at, after all if a young fit 21 year old has lost her life it proves to me that if you dont self isolation and practice social distancing then your playing Russian Rulet.

Had heart attack years ago and was on all sort of medication I still get tired and out of breath tight chest but I work through it and try keep fit but just worry about things
