Heart chamber not working properly

Hi has anyone been told their 4th chamber of their heart is trying to empty their heart of blood too fast? X

Hi Taralee. By 4th chamber, do you mean the left ventrical? Many of us have Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction (LVSD).

The dr just said his 4th chamber don’t work properly I have appointment on 10th September if it is that what is the treatment?

I really can't tell you what treatment may be needed, as it depends how bad it is (even very fit people have hearts that don't pump perfectly), and what's causing it. The cardiologist will be able to put your mind at rest. I suggest you write down all your questions and go through them at the appointment. All the best xx

We all know that feeling - you're not alone! Pointless telling you not to worry, as you will, but on the bright side if it was something that needed dealing with urgently, you wouldn't be waiting until then.
