i suffered my first heart attack at 37 and then a second at 46, following this i was given a double bypass then returned to work. 10 years later i suffered a stroke and 4 weeks later a further heart attack and was fitted with a stent.
This was a year ago and am now back in full time work for the last 8 months
But i am finding it very difficult ie concentration tiredness etc.
I can not afford to retire but i am not sure if any benifits are avaliable ?

Hi I finished work last Nov through my heart and I'm not that much worse off I get new style employment and my rent paid and I get low rate mobility plus low rate care on pip cheers
I really can’t help on what help is out there but having claimed Attendance Allowance for my cousin, I can assure you that having doctors’ letters with detailed information certainly helps to get a speedy and favourable decision.
Citizen’s Advice and Age Concern are usually a mine of information on things that can be claimed. Have you tried the government site, it has a lot of information on all types of allowances etc.
