Hi all. I was watching tv yesterday and all of a sudden my heart pounded 3 times. I could see it moving my tea shirt. Has anyone else had those? I’m so frightened. I called my doc all they said was it will go but if concerned during the night call 111. I had a stent fitted in Dec. If anyone else has had this sort of thing I’d be gratefully for their advice.

Hi achingarm, I have palpitations such as these and have done for some time.It can be alarming I know.Stress can cause this so try to stay calm and follow your doctor's advice.
