Hi CPL593H

Please have a look at my post from yesterday. Self isolate is where someone has or suspects they have Covid-19.

For people over 70 and for those with some health conditions they need to exercise Social Distancing, you're not required to lock yourself away.

I’ve gone back to Cardiomyopathy.org to get them to check terminology, as they are using self isolate, when, agreeing with you, they should be using social distancing.

I suppose people get caught out in fast moving situations.

They do indeed. Matt Hancock the Secretary of State for Health, started all this by using the term self isolate on Sunday, and the phrase hung there until yesterday.
