Palpertations

I have a lung disease and reduced lung capacity after lung cancer. Lately I get a terrible pain in my chest and both arms about every other day, when I get this my pulse is 129 and my sats are normal. My consultant says they're palperrations and that I should see my GP. Does anyone else get this, the pain can last a good half hour each attack

Hello and welcome to the forum! I would take your consultant's advice and make an urgent GP appointment. My concern is that the palpitations could develop into AF (atrial fibrillation) that could make any breathlessness worse.
