Hello and welcome to the forum! While not common (are you putting scarf over mouth?) it does happen. The causes could be an issue with an artery that was not bypassed or a problem with the bypass. You need to see your GP sooner than later. They may decide you for an angiogram. Treatment could be a change of medication or possibly stents (second bypasses are rare).
I trust you are not smoking, drinking within the guidelines and maintaining good BP, cholesterol and HbA1c levels.
