Hello and welcome to the forum! There is no magic food. The BHF recommended diet is a Mediterranean one. One forum member, Heythrop51, has posted some excellent results this morning after being on the diet for four months. What is your current cholesterol level? Heythrop51 also takes a statin as it is not always possible to get in range by diet alone unless an extreme diet is followed (e.g. WPFD) but there is no guarantee. You could always try including Benecol. Good luck!

Thank you for posting. Must eat more dark chocolate. I usually eat it with nuts.😊

I found that eating 1 1/2 ounces, approx 30 of Almonds a day worked for me but I got fed up eating them. My Cholesterol came down to 2 which has never been so low. Walnuts work as well.
