I do a mindfulness meditation for a few minutes as part of my morning routing and last thing at night, literally before falling asleep. I finish each meditation with an incantation, saying (out loud or in my head) 2-5 times “I am healthy, happy and calm”. Prepares me for the day/ a good nights sleep. I think it helps a bit if done consistently, don’t expect miracles straight away.
There is a cardiac rehab program on YouTube, a bit like what you do at your rehab session.
Depends on how fit you feel now and how fit you were prior to event. This (long link to you tube exercises - NHS) is a starting point, but you should only do what you think you can. I would say this NHS advice tends to be generic (maybe not rehab clinics) - the written stuff you get anyway, which can slow down an individuals potential recovery. You know your body best so make it your number one guide. google.com/search?q=NHS+car...
