27 years old, starting sotalol. Any experience?

Hey guys, so I'm 27 years old and 4 years post op for bicuspid aortic valve disease. A year ago I was running 6 miles a day healthy as can be, when suddenly I started to get PVCs. They would quickly progress so fast that I get them constantly, almost every beat when I'm mobile. They're symptomatic and interfering with my life. It would come in episodes of one week with me feeling amazing, the next absolutely awful.

They finally caught it on an event monitor, and the beta blocker (while making them softer and more tolerable) didn't stop them. They have finally decided it's time for an antiarrhythmic, and I'll be starting sotalol.

I've been rocking 80mg nadolol just fine, no side effects but man I've been googling sotalol and I'm terrified. It sounds awful. I just want to run again and feel healthy. Anyone have any experience?
