It could be due to the medicines we have to take.
Some of those meds have the effect of slowing out heart rate down, our heart rate naturally drops a little further when we sleep which can result in out extremities - feet, hands feeling cold.
Also if you're on a beta-blocker - bisoprolol, carvedilol etc one of their known side effects is cold hands and feet

Thanks that was on my mind but could not believe it to be true thanks for the confirmation, sometimes your doctor tell you something but you find it had to believe until a fellow suffer confirms it.
