Have other people found since having a pacemaker put in that it has stopped them from getting dreadful headaches. My pacemaker has made a huge difference to the migraines I use to get. It was that bad that I thought I was going to have a stroke and at one point I was fleetingly suicidal with the pain, so I am so, so happy that the pacemaker has made such a big and positive impact on reducing my headaches to virtually none.

That made me think.I used to get severe migraines pre pacemaker.Post pmaker they got less severe and less frequent.I put it down to age but you could be right.Whatever the reason, such a relief.Long may it last.
I think it is a case of if your heart is stopping then the blood does not get to your brain too, and hence the migraines. So happy mine have gone virtually. The other thing was my jaw was lopsided after a horse riding accident where I got hit in the face taking a horse over a jump. Once I got a splint made this made a difference as well as getting a CPAP machine. Maybe you need to trial a CPAP machine if you snore. Talk with your doctor if you snore, because if you snore this can lead to irregular heart rhythms and probably why you needed the pacemaker in the first place.
I wondered about this because everywhere I have read on the internet they say that pacemakers can cause headaches, but the exact opposite has been true for me.
