At 17:17 on the 17th January we hit 15,000 members. Eight months ago when we hit 10,000 it looked at the then current rate it would take a year to get to 15,000.

I hope all new members are gaining benefit from joining the forum. Heart disease both raises a lot of questions and can be a lonely place.

Best wishes to each and every one!

Impressive, meanwhile the Arrhythmia Alliance Heart Failure still only has 344

members, perhaps they'd like to borrow a few to make up the numbers at the next party! 😊

I went onto a HU breast cancer group, when the sausages were playing up. I’m still waiting for a reply!

I wonder if the online chattiness is part of the crappity heart gene!

Yes it could be! Like you I posted a question on another site last year, after 3 months of no reply I deleted the question!

Now I know why I talk too much, it’s in the genes!

I initially tried a couple of other HU sites but felt there were hidden agendas! With the advice I have had here my health is genuinely improving.

Congrats to everyone involved in maintaining and moderating the forum. It is so valuable.

I find it incredibly useful to read of other peoples experiences following "the event".

And it's reassuring to know you are not unique and other people have been through the same issues as you and come out the other side, happier, healthier and dare I say wiser too.

This site is excellent... I had a shock in October when my GP sent me to A & E... After tests hadn’t had a HA but ECG showed abnormalities. Had an echocardiogram end of November and am having a stress Echocardiogram on Tuesday and will see consultant afterwards.

Have learnt so much from this site and it has definitely helped me feel more positive.

Thank you for posting :)
