Had a nice day went shopping with my mum and managed to do 15,000 steps I'd say I absolutely smashed my goal of 10,000 steps. Don't my exercise for the week well until I go to the gym again πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ🏻😎 oh plus house work when I got in I'm knackered πŸ˜‚. Hope everyone else is good and had a good day! 😊.

Thanks! That's still good well done. The most I managed in one day was 23 000 steps let's just say I was absolutely knackered after that my legs hurt for days after I was in agony πŸ˜‚πŸ˜. Looking back well worth it though.

Morning Yumz, sorry 'out' yesterday so reason for late reply. I have had one of the watches thatwasunexpected had and he has been giving me some tips which means I can measure my 'performance' better and this has led me to play around with my routine resulting in a reduction in speed increase in gradient and more use of my arms.

Last Thursday I managed 8000 steps (during the day) made up of 2k at the gym on a gradient of 5.5 and 6%, and 10K on the bike plus I did the top lawn and planted my broad beans at the allotment. Was going to do the bottom lawn as well but was too tired by the afternoonπŸ˜— to finish the job! I was pleased with that but disappointed I didn't finish the lawn.

Day after was day of recovery (about 2500 steps). One of my challenges is hopefully to get up to 10m plus again so I can walking.

Well done! I remember you posting when you were considering joining a gym and obviously felt quite quite apprehensive about it, and when you did join found it really tough going at the start to do very little. That was only about 2 months ago as I recall. Anyway you have now been rewarded for your positivity, which is a lesson for everyone. So long may it continue. πŸ‘
