What dose are you on? Has it been prescribed for any particular reason? What other medication are you taking?

It can take a little getting used to.

Ooh, headache and dizziness as side effects, not fun!

Are you planning to keep a log of side effects you experience? I found my log quite helpful to monitor effects and also to help relieve anxiety - seeing the logged diminishing effects greatly relieved my 'OH NO, is this going to be my new normal?!' worries.

Just started the diary with time medication taken and side effects. Ive been for a fast walk but feeling lightheaded and not with it.

Im normalky fit and healthy so struggling feeling this way.

Go slow and give it a week or even two. If your log shows diminishing effects, yay! Bonus - if your log shows increased side effects or worsening ones you'll know straight away and can report it to your medic.

Stick with is DazzyB. They’re usual effects and you’ll get over them. But it might take days. Be careful getting up from lying down - sit up for a while and then stand up. You’ll be fine 😄. Great idea from Sunnie to keep a diary.

Like you I take bisoprolol only a low dose no headache for me but yes dizziness and feeling tired but could be other medication Iam taking
