Sorry, I can't show any examples as for some reason my phone won't let me upload a pic this time!
Basically I noticed the QR wave on my ecg is much bigger when I'm lying down or sitting hunched forwards. The moment I sit up straight, the QR wave almost seems to disappear - I have watched this change happen for myself. It scares me as I'm worried my heart may only show problems in certain postures. What causes this change please?

With a proper 12-lead ECG things change with position as skin stretches/retracts, the heart is compressed/decompressed slightly, your heart moves, etc. Variations would show up as you lie on your right, your left, your front, your back, etc. Take your initial trace to your GP to discuss as we advised. Stop doing further tests with a piece of kit that is good for detecting arrhythmias but little else. It is a mere toy compared to the equipment the cardiologists use.
