Any advice for a heartie who's going down with the flu who has existing heart disease and micro vascular angina.

Feeling absolutely rubbish.

Looks like Christmas is out the window this year 😷😷

I am sorry, Rob, that's bad. I don't have any advice - I am not sure that there is anything to ease you - but I do have a well of sympathy. Yout hearty friends will be thinking of you.

Yes I had it a month ago

Apparently you can still get a strain.

Been bloody awful for last couple of days. Just getting up to get more fluids now since everyone has buggered off Christmas shopping lol...I've still got me sense of humour just.

I wasn't too sure what I can.and can't take and rang doctor but too busy.

Hope your well?and haven't been back in hospital. I was doing okish until the wet and cold came and constant rain.

I'm determined to enjoy my Xmas dinner with family though.

So sorry you are feeling so grotty! Best to stay in bed warm and comfortable and rest as much as you can . Plenty of water as milkfairy has advised. I personally (touch wood) haven't had a cold for a long time and only ever had flu once many many years ago. I'm just lucky that way. Hope u get better soon . 🐚🎄
