The calcium score is a measure of the amount of calcified plaque. A score over 400 is considered particularly high and needs further investigation. Are you booked in for an angiogram?

Had angiogram 2 years ago. Was re-reading my report and noticed mention of calcium, not spotted this before. Have a 50-60% LAD. Won't stent until 70 plus (my worry is how will I know when it's over 70%). Or will it just stay the same......on stations.

A calcium score of higher than 0 means you need to discuss with your doctor the results of your test and what the next course of action will be.

I have a score of zero and I don't have a diet anything like yours. Coincidence is not causation.

Any score above zero indicates cardiac disease whether people are older or not.
