I had a triple by-pass in 2008. After a lung function test at GP surgery in 2014 my health record showed I had congestive heart failure. None of the doctors I have seen have told me about this. Now I have developed a permanent cough and have been told it’s because of fluid on my lungs.
Any help tips would be appreciated.

After having CABG my Breathing was Quite Poor so GP / Practice Nurse carried out the Full trip of Breathing/Lung Tests one thing the GP was looking for was that my Lungs had fully Re Inflated as they let them down during the By Pass ( not sure about terminology ) lol
I have read in the past it's quite possible to get a Heart Related Cough not sure about the route it takes etc maybe someone will be along who knows more about it. I have a pretty permanent cough so it may be due to Heart !!!
