If you support England at very many sports you need a Positive Attitude otherwise you would need a bucket full of Anti Depressant Pills.

For my sins I'm a Tranmere Rovers season ticket holder. When it comes to creative journalism, when I read the report of a match in the local paper I often wonder if we were watching the same match, I frequently fail to equate what I'm reading with what I saw.

I enjoy watching them, but never take it too seriously, life is too short!

The headlines concerning the cricket has varied considerably from day to day, and between different media platforms. Modern journalists seem to go more for something to capture the attention than accuracy. Some of the BBC's sports reporting on the web is absolutely atrocious! Where do they hire these people from? But then they also have numerous overpaid pundits like Gary Liniker and Joylon Palmer!

Totally agree about Liniker and Palmer. I am more a fan of F1. Benson and Nicolls are just as bad. Benson is the worse as wether he is writing about aerodynamics or another driver he has to bring Lewis Hamilton into it! Quite bizarre at times!

Again it is probably a revenge thing after the thrashing we gave the All-Blacks in the rugby World Cup
