When I fall asleep I wake up with my heart beating hard/fast/abnormally! I believe I stop breathing when I’m asleep which causes stress on my heart. Then the rest of my day consists of heart palp and feeling slightly faint. I will be doing a sleep study in two weeks to seek out more info.
