Does anyone know if you can take clopidogrel in the evening instead of the morning.

Hi Platypus6. Usual advice is it can be taken at any time of day as long as it’s the same time. I believe morning is usually suggested because we’re less likely to forget. Probably best to check with your pharmacist just in case there are specific reasons in your circs.

I take my Clopidogrel at night, have done from the beginning, that's three years ago since my HA.

Hi Platypus, I take mine at 5.15 with my evening meal, doc and pharmacy (I double Checked) said it was fine to take them anytime. Best wishes.

I take my clopidogrel with my statin at night as agreed by my Cardiologist.
