Tomorrow (October 1st) is the start of National Cholesterol Month. The idea is to make people aware of the dangers of high cholesterol and the lifestyle changes that can reduce the risk. I know nothing more about it at the moment as it just popped up on my Android. So if you know more please post.

Well it is two days in and I have neither seen, heard nor read anything about it. Google confirms it is National Cholesterol Month so what is going on?

I didn't know about it till I read this post. Sounds like it might be a good idea. Sticking with my statins and diet as another 1lb off!
