Exercise heart rate and medication

I’ve noticed a few times that when I take my tablets later ( 10 rather than 8:30) on a Sunday morning and I then get on my bike straight away my HR can go up to around 145-150. The same bike workout using peaks at around 135 in the afternoon if I’m pushing it and I’ve taken my tablets 8 hours before.

I’m on Valsartan and Clopidigrel in the mornings only and Ditilizam twice a day and Resuvastatin evenings only. Omeprazol now and again.

Am I missing the obvious?

Thank you for explaining it. Best I keep to the schedule then!

Taking the tablets later on one day a week is fine, but maybe stay off the bike until the afternoon?

Thank you for your replies. I’ll ask at my next review. I do feel ok though -almost jubilant!
